Wash Fox's Three-Minute Wash: Everything You Need to Know (Yes, We Timed It)

Wash Fox Three-Minute Wash

We take car washing seriously. Like, almost embarrassingly seriously. Our team has spent a lot of time — maybe too much time — thinking about brushes, sensors, drying sequences, and the exact moment tire shine should be applied. We obsess over this stuff so your car comes out looking great in about three minutes flat.

Here's how it works.

Before You Pull In: A Little Prep Goes a Long Way

Before you get in line, knock off any caked-on mud or packed snow from your vehicle. The sooner our soaps and brushes can get to actual cleaning — instead of battling through a snowbank stuck to your rocker panel — the better your results will be.

Also: remove hitches, bike racks, ski racks, and any other aftermarket accessories. And please know how to put your car in neutral before you enter the tunnel.

Inside the Tunnel: Precision at Work

When you roll in, our equipment immediately maps your vehicle using electronic and optical sensors. It's measuring your car's dimensions so it can fire up exactly the right equipment at exactly the right time. (We told you we take this seriously.)

From there, it's a precisely timed sequence: presoak first to loosen dirt and debris, then ultra-soft foam brushes on the top and sides, then our wrap brushes cover all four sides — including 8 passes along the back of every car, SUV, and truck. After that, a clean water rinse, followed by polishes and finishing protectants (such as wax, ceramics and graphene) for a mirror-like shine, and a final spot-free rinse for that impeccable finish.

Our air dryers then remove 98% of the water from your vehicle. The last step: tire shine. Stay in neutral and wait for the lighted sign before you exit — driving away early means uneven shine and a missed opportunity for maximum fox-level gloss.

One important note: do not brake during the wash. Seriously. It disrupts the drying sequence, leaves water on your car, and could cause the vehicle behind you to bump into yours. Neutral means neutral. Hands off the wheel, foot off the brake. Let us do our thing.

After the Tunnel: Free Stuff Awaits

Pull into our vacuum area. High-powered vacuums, microfiber towels, glass cleaner, dash wipes, and air fresheners — all complimentary, all yours. If you want a dash wipe or an air freshener, just ask one of our attendants.

Three minutes. Clean car. That's the Wash Fox way.
