Terms & Conditions

Each Member grants Wash Fox authority to charge credit or debit card the Member has provided for payment automatically and without prior notification each month until the membership is cancelled or terminated. A Member's monthly billing date will be as close as possible to, but not before, the same day of the month that the Member completed the initial purchase to join the UWC.

Members may cancel their memberships at any time in person at a Wash Fox car wash or online at www.WashFox.com. Cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days prior to the Member's next billing date. Otherwise, Members may be charged for an additional month and the cancellation will be effective the following billing date. The membership will remain in effect for a full calendar month at a time. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods.

Eligibility

Members must be at least 18 years old and must provide valid and accurate personal information, as well as valid and accurate license plate information, credit card information, a cell phone number and an email address. Individuals under the age of 18 are not eligible. Members must provide valid and accurate information and must keep it up to date in order to remain eligible. Corporations and other entities are not eligible. Commercial vehicles, vehicles involved in ride sharing or ride hailing programs, vehicles used for livery and/or delivery services, and vehicles which owners rent to other users are not eligible.

Certain vehicles may not be eligible due to the physical limitations of Wash Fox's facilities. Only one vehicle per account is allowed. Different accounts cannot be combined and no joint accounts are permitted. UWC memberships and benefits are non-transferrable.

Membership, Enrollment & Fees

Apply for a membership in the UWC online at www.WashFox.com or visit a Wash Fox location and request an application from an employee or at the point of sale kiosk. Members authorize Wash Fox to store the license plate information and use such information to identify Members' vehicles and activate the Company's automatic pay station and wash equipment.

Fees are determined by the wash package you select, which will be identified in your enrollment materials. Monthly fees for a Member's wash package may change without notice.

Program Benefits

UWC membership provides up to forty (40) car washes per month for each Member's qualifying, registered vehicle during regular business hours at any Wash Fox location. The Company reserves the right to alter hours of operation or limit services at any time and for any reason, such as and without limitation, preventive maintenance, repairs, inclement weather and holidays.

Cancelling Membership

Membership may be canceled at any time. Members may cancel or change they memberships at www.WashFox.com or in person at any Wash Fox location.

Wash Fox may, in its discretion, suspend a Member's benefits or cancel any membership at any time with immediate effect and without written notice for any reason. Without limiting the effect of the preceding sentence, Wash Fox may cancel a membership in the UWC with or without refund in the event that a monthly charge is declined by the card processing system or a Member otherwise fails to pay Company amounts due, or a Member (i) acts in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations, (ii) acts in an inappropriate, fraudulent, abusive, or hostile manner, (iii) breaches or violates any of these Club Terms and Conditions, or (iv) engages in any misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the UWC. Nothing contained in these Club Terms and Conditions will limit the Company's rights to exercise any legal or equitable rights or remedies.

Upon cancellation or termination of your membership in the Unlimited Program for any reason, all unredeemed benefits will be forfeited, and you will no longer be able to participate in the Unlimited Program. Company will not compensate or pay cash, cash equivalent, or credit for any forfeited or unused benefits. Whether you may re-enroll in the Unlimited Program after a termination is at Company's sole discretion.

Modification & Termination of the UWC

The Company may change the terms and conditions of the UWC for any reason, at any time, and without notice. Wash Fox may make changes that affect, without limitation, the processes, benefits, prices and rules of the UWC. The Company may terminate the UWC at any time, for any reason and without notice.

Personal Information

By entering or providing a cell phone number and email address, Member agrees to receive mobile notifications, emails, text messages, and phone calls from Wash Fox, which may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing, emailing or texting system. Message and data rates may apply. Each Member represents that the email address and cell phone number provided are accurate and that such Member is the current authorized user or subscriber of that cell phone number and email address. Members agrees to promptly notify us when they change their cell phone numbers or any other contact information provided to the Company. Members consent for Company and its authorized third-party agents to process personal data, and to use and disclose that data to third parties.

Acceptance

If a Member does not accept these Club Terms and Conditions, or any subsequent amendment, modification, or supplement, the sole and exclusive remedy is for the Member is to terminate the UWC membership. The UWC is void where prohibited by law. Any unspecified expenses related to the enrollment or use of the UWC are solely the Member's responsibility. If a court holds that any of these Club Terms and Conditions are unenforceable, the remainder of the Club Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect. The failure by the Company to act on any breach of the Club Terms and Conditions by a Member will not constitute a waiver of Company's right to act with respect to any future breaches.
