The Environment
We run a fast-paced, team-oriented operation where everyone chips in. Loading cars, cleaning the wash bay, picking up trash, assisting customers, working on equipment — there's always something to be done, and no one's above any of it. Colorado weather is famously unpredictable, so we ask for flexibility in scheduling. When customers need us, we need to be there.

What We Offer
Compensation starts at $17.50/hour, and we have a commission structure tied to sales performance — meaning employees who sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships earn more. An outgoing, customer-focused attitude goes a long way here.
We also believe in work-life balance. Our priority order is honest: family first, education second, Wash Fox third. We hold our team to high standards, but we also hold ourselves to them — and that means supporting our people outside of work too.
